What we do
At the Together Trust, we deliver individual care, support and education services across the North West.
Bridge College offers specialist education for students aged 16 to 25 with learning difficulties, disabilities, complex health needs and autism. Every day we provide personalised support, tailored learning and hands-on life skills to give young people the confidence to exceed their aspirations.
We couldn't provide the life changing support we do without our team of support workers. Whether it's supporting students with the full range of communication systems, assisting with eating and drinking or personal care, aiding mobility or administoring medicine, our support workers help students reach their potential every day.
We are currently accepting applications for support worker roles at Bridge College. Read more below and click the button the apply!
