Dilal joined the Together Trust board in 2023. His work experience in talent & human capital spans over 20 years and has resided in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka before returning to the UK in 2019. He currently works in the People & Culture team at BP Plc (FTSE 20), where he focusses on Executive Leadership hiring, to align people strategy with business strategy, and is also part of the global DE&I team. Prior to BP, Dilal worked at one of the most prestigious Organisational Strategy firms in the world, Korn Ferry International which serves 93% of the Global Fortune 500 companies.
