We're looking for experienced residential social care workers to support the leadership of our children's residential homes across Greater Manchester. You'll be joining our children and families team, we are driven by our values and desire to see meaningful change. Giving our best to the children we support
We work in partnership with the people we support, key professionals, families and schools to provide consistency and support in ways that are in the best interest of the young person. Decisions about the day-to-day arrangements for each young person are made in accordance with the young person’s relevant plans allowing the people we support to have freedom and choice. We provide support for young people with a range of needs including:

What is required to become a Senior Residential Care Worker?
- An NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care (CCYP) or equivalent
- Experience in leading shifts, mentoring and coaching colleagues
- Significant children's residential care experience
