Sara Bayley

Sara joined the Together Trust in 2015 as Deputy Head Teacher at Inscape House School due to her passion and enthusiasm for working across age groups and students with a range of needs. She became acting Headteacher in November 2018 and Substantive Headteacher and Head of Service in May 2019. Sara was promoted to acting Executive Headteacher and then Executive Head of Education Services before being appointed Service Director. In this role, Sara is responsible for all 40+ services we provide across children and families, community, education and therapeutic specialist services. Before joining the Trust, Sara had always worked in the education sector as a primary school teacher, senior leader and headteacher.
