Positive feedback for our Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Services
Our specialist mediation and disagreement resolution service brings different parties together to work towards a positive outcome. We run an impartial service offering factual and unbiased information. We create neutral spaces where everyone feels heard and supported. We champion every young person’s voice, making sure their needs and ambitions are at the heart of the conversation.
For the past three years, the Together Trust has been providing this service for Rochdale Borough Council who have recently provided some positive feedback about the services we have provided.

For over 3 years, Together Trust provided effective services. Responses to mediation and DRS requests were timely and during all the time we never received one complaint from parents or carers. There were very few queries or issues in the time we worked together but when they occurred they were resolved promptly.
Monthly monitoring reports were consistently provided on time and the data was presented in the format requested. The mediators were very skilled and knowledgeable. They were impartial, managing to make all parties feel comfortable and diffusing in some cases very difficult conversations.
Rochdale has over the past 5 years very few Tribunal appeals and Together Trust’s Mediation and DRS services contribution with this cannot be overlooked. Please pass on my sincere thanks for the help and support provided by your team. It has been a pleasure working with you."
