We're looking for experienced residential social care workers to support the leadership of our children's residential homes across Greater Manchester.
You'll be joining our children and families team, we are driven by our values and desire to see meaningful change.
The people we support really are at the heart of everything we do and we're proud to be positive role models for them.
You'll have
- An NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care (CCYP) or equivalent
- Experience of leading shifts, mentoring and coaching colleagues
- Significant children's residential care experience
