Roland Guy joined the Together Trust charity in April 2024.

Drawing on leadership experience across the charity, financial services and retail sectors, Roland is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of others. He believes in the importance of human connection, using technology and innovation safely and responsibly to enhance person-centred care and deliver the best possible outcomes for the people the Trust supports.

Roland leads the Trust’s people, culture and digital agenda, encompassing people and organisational development, equity, diversity and inclusion, and digital transformation, ensuring these areas work together to support the Trust’s strategic ambitions and long-term impact
