Adult residential care
Our residential home in Stockport provides a caring home for people aged 16 to 65 with disabilities and complex needs.
We provide 24/7 specialist support, accommodation, meals and personal care for our residents who would be unable to live independently.

About residential care
Everybody deserves a place to call home. We believe finding the right residential care home is about more than finding a place to live.
What is residential care?
Residential care is homes for adults with disabilities and complex needs who are unable to live independently and require 24-hour accommodation, meals, personal care, and support.
What support do people receive with residential care?
Our residential care staff are supportive and passionate about helping everyone we support, live as independently and fulfilled lives as possible, by ensuring everyone has a person-centred plan that is built together.
Each resident has an allocated key worker who is responsible for co-ordinating their care, spending individual time with them, offering guidance and support whilst celebrating their individuality.
Our staff actively facilitate opportunities for our residents to learn vital skills in social settings, including to support them to take part in the activities they love.
What’s the difference between residential care and supported living?
With residential care, residents live in a shared house which receives full-time care.
Supported Living is a more flexible alternative where adults are supported independently in their own homes. You can read more about Supported Living here.
