What we offer
We will listen to your concerns, gather information about your situation and determine what level of support we can provide. Our primary aim is to empower you with the information, advice and support you need to achieve the best possible outcomes.
We will usually contact you within 24 hours but please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. Support from our service can take place via the telephone, video call, email and support at some meetings.
Requests for attendance at meetings, mediations and tribunals must be received at least two weeks prior to the meeting date. Meeting attendance from SENDIASS is subject to our availability and may be reduced in busy periods.
Please read our resource ‘Attendance & support at meetings, mediation & tribunals’ for further information.
It’s lovely to know there is such a supportive team like yourselves that can help parents through a very confusing and challenging time which EHCP’s bring

SOS SEN
SOS SEN provides a range of services and advice to parents and carers of children and young people with SEND.
Their aim is to help parents and carers to understand more about their children’s entitlements, and navigate the processes to secure the right educational provision.
I don’t know how I could have navigated the enormous amount of information without the support of your service.
