Help a young person gain work experience

Are you – or do you know – a business that can offer a work experience placement for a young person with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities)?

Become one of our amazing work placement partners and support a young person to thrive in the workplace.

For some of the young people we support at the Together Trust charity, the working world can present more than a few barriers. Research from the National Autistic Society shows that just 22% of autistic adults are in full-time work.

You can help change that! Work experience is an integral part of our curriculums at Inscape House School and Bridge College and we’re always looking for employers to offer a work experience placement for a few hours each week.

By offering work experience placements, you can help talented young people learn new skills, grow their confidence, and look forward to a brighter future.

If you could offer a work experience placements for a few hours each week to autistic young people, we’d love to hear from you!
