Sleep Tight Bradford District and Craven
Sleep Tight Bradford District and Craven provides specialist one-to-one sleep clinics for parents of children aged 2-11 years old who are experiencing sleep difficulties.
If you’re a parent or carer living in the Bradford District or Craven areas, we are here to help you with your child’s sleep.

What we offer
Our sleep practitioners work with you to create a personalised sleep plan for your child so everyone can get a good night’s sleep. We’ve also got loads of information and advice available online to support you and your family.
If you’re a parent or carer living in the Bradford District and Craven areas and your child is struggling with sleep problems, fill in our enquiry form.
Please note that our sleep support plans involve behaviour-based interventions and include support around sleep hygiene and sleep strategies. We cannot prescribe or recommend Melatonin and have no involvement with prescribing.
The changes have made such a difference. My child is now getting 10 hours’ sleep every night when they used to only get four. The extra sleep I am getting is brilliant too. ”

Our appointments
Clinic appointments are offered via video consultation (Zoom) or telephone. Please let us know your preference when requesting an appointment. Our clinics book up quickly so you may be invited to join our waiting list for an appointment.
We are also offering live parent webinars, if you are interested in attending one of these, please tick the box on our enquiry form and we will be in touch when these are taking place.
If for any reason you are unable to fill in our online enquiry form, please email admintss@togethertrust.org.uk
What is a sleep chat?
A Sleep Chat is a short 20–30 minute telephone consultation designed to provide basic advice and practical strategies for straightforward or less complex sleep difficulties.
During the call, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your child’s sleep with a Specialist Sleep Practitioner, who can offer evidence-based advice and simple strategies tailored to your concerns.
Following the call, you’ll receive a brief follow-up email summarising the key advice and recommendations discussed.
Sleep Chats are not a replacement for a full sleep assessment and are not suitable for children with more complex sleep needs or where ongoing assessment and support is required.
If your child has more complex sleep difficulties, or you feel they would benefit from a comprehensive assessment and ongoing support, we recommend submitting a referral to the Sleep Service rather than booking a Sleep Chat.
“The service is very good; the advice is very understandable and easy to implement.”
