Last Tuesday, Maxine Kasiri, Educational Assistant at Inscape House School, had the honour of attending the King’s garden party, following an invitation that recognised her significant contributions to the Together Trust charity.
Nominated by Hannah Stollar, Headteacher at Inscape House School, Maxine was among the 30,000 guests invited to the beautiful gardens of Buckingham Palace each year.
“My daughter and I arrived at the gates of Buckingham Palace on what turned out to be a lovely sunny day. We had time to wander around the gardens and take photos before the Royal Family came down the steps of the Palace as the band played.”

Garden parties serve as an important platform for members of the Royal Family to engage with a wide array of individuals who have made significant positive contributions to their communities.
“Among the Royal Family were Kate and William, Eugenie and Zara Tindall, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucestershire. While we didn’t get a chance to meet them, we managed to catch a glimpse of them and took some photos from a distance.”
