Together Trust archive collections

Our archive service collects, preserves and interprets our history and approach to child welfare, disability and special educational needs.

You can read our archives from 1870 up to present day.

Our archive service collects, preserves and interprets our history and approach to child welfare, disability and special educational needs.

Records in our archive include admission books, charity magazines, photographs, annual reports and letters from our founding as a charity in 1870 up to the present day.

The archive is an essential resource to those studying social welfare, or for people looking to research their ancestors. We aim to give digital access to as much of its collection as we can.

The National Lottery Heritage Fund generously awarded us a grant in 2019 to digitise some of our collection to make this possible. We will be adding more documents as they become available.
