Penny started at the Trust in 2017 and leads the HR Operations team.

She has many years’ experience working in operational and HR roles in the retail sector. Penny is a Chartered member of CIPD and a mental health first aider. Penny is passionate about ensuring her team leads for equality, diversity, and inclusion.
