Community support
We offer a range of flexible services for young people and adults with autism, a learning disability, or complex health needs.
We put our services at the heart of local communities, making sure everyone has a chance to thrive – whether that’s helping you to live independently, or creating spaces to learn, work and play.

Services for young people and adults

Day services
Our three community hubs in Salford and Stockport are inclusive and creative spaces where people can have a happy social life, enjoy safe, comfortable spaces with their friends, and join in community activities.
Our day activities are a great way to grow in confidence, skills and self-esteem as part of a nurturing community.

Residential care
Our residential home is for people aged 18 to 65 with disabilities and complex needs. We provide 24-hour support, accommodation, meals and personal care.
Our staff are supportive and passionate about helping everyone we support to live as independently and fulfilled lives as possible.
Services for children and families

Children and young people’s services
Our Lyndene service is dedicated to supporting families and children with the aim of keeping families together.
In Stockport, we deliver a Saturday Club for children aged 5 and above with complex health requirements where we provide fun activities to enjoy.
It’s that balance of fantastic love and concern. All the people there are genuinely lovely and they know what they’re doing.”

STOMP and STAMP
We are signed up to the charter for STOMP and STAMP.
STOMP is the STopping Over Medication of People with a learning disability, autism or both with psychotropic medicines.
Similarly, STAMP focuses instead on supporting children and young people. STAMP stands for Supporting Treatment and Appropriate Medication in Paediatrics.
We have made a commitment and pledge to incorporate both of these campaigns. We recognise that we must actively ensure that our culture, people, operational and organisational practices and strategies, take full account of STOMP & STAMP to ensure that people, with Autism and or Learning Disabilities, in our care are not subject the over use of psychotropic medications.
