The country faces the biggest mental health crisis in history. Earlier this year, the government scrapped the long awaited dedicated 10-year Mental Health plan.

Sleep is a biological necessity for humans. We all do it, although some more than others, and we spend around a third of our lives asleep, which highlights just how important it must be. However, it’s not something that we all protect in the same way that we ringfence time for exercise or socialising.
