We’re sorry – there will be no pets allowed at the festival. Assistance dogs/ animals are permitted.

Yes! We’ll have a variety of food and drink vendors on site from Rocco’s Pizza to our lovely Cal Coffee and Nellie’s Kitchen. A full list of vendors will be published soon with a range of food to meet all dietry needs.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate kosher food vendors.
You’re welcome to bring food and drink on site (no alcohol please!). We want to be as inclusive as possible so you’re welcome to bring your own picnic too. Although we do highly recommend our food vendors….they’re fab!

Zero Tolerance Towards Anti-Inclusivity
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any offensive or harmful behaviour at our festival. We’re proud to be a safe space for our community and will continue to champion this at all of our events. If you do need to talk to us about any anti-social behaviour, please speak to a volunteer or events person and we’ll help you as best we can.
Anti-social behaviour also includes the wearing of any discriminatory clothing and/or accessories.
Behaviour on site – Collaborative, Courageous, Compassionate
Together we thrive – respectfully, safely, and inclusively. As part of the Together Trust community, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for everyone attending the Join Together Festival.
We ask all vendors, visitors, and volunteers to embody the spirit of the Trust by behaving in a way that reflects our values: Positive, Professional, Passionate, and Supportive.
This means:
Treating everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Following event rules, site safety instructions, and staff
guidance.
Supporting an inclusive and family-friendly environment for all guests.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if their behaviour is disrespectful, unsafe, discriminatory, or notin line with our values. This is to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
The Together Trust’s vision is a society where people thrive because they are valued within their communities. Let’s worktogether to help bring that vision to life – starting here, today.
Thank you for being a part of this special event.
