Holiday and time off

Starts at 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), rising to 30 days after 5 years, and 33 days after 10 years. We offer occupational sick pay and family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity and adoptive leave.

Pay and pension

We offer incremental progression with pay increases every 2 years. We offer a company pension plan with 7% employer contribution (or Teachers Pensions Scheme for teaching staff) and death in service benefit, up to 6x basic salary.

Work and life balance

As teaching staff, you’ll be working term-time only, with flexible and hybrid working wherever possible. On top of that, we consider part-time and job share when we can.
