For the past few months, a group of students from Inscape House School have been busy undertaking work experience with the team of professionals behind Gusto Italian. They have been learning all about setting tables, making drinks, kneading pizza dough and pasta making – and they are now ready to graduate to the next level: serving customers.

Meridian, one of the Together Trust's short breaks services, looking after children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism-associated conditions, hosted a baking fundraiser last Wednesday to raise funds for its indoor garden and activity area.
After being among the eight finalists across the country for the Pupil Library Assistant of the Year Award 2023, Talia, Year 12, was represented by poet Laura Mucha and awarded a glass trophy due to her dedication and active involvement in the school library.
Students showcase musical accomplishments at the Lowry

Pupils from 11 specialist educational settings across Greater Manchester and Cheshire joined forces at the Lowry Theatre to stage the annual Together Trust's Music and Performing Arts Festival last month.
After five weeks of learning new skills in Taekwondo sessions at Inscape House School with British Taekwondo Instructor Jason Mayoh, students visited the Olympic Taekwondo Centre to put their hard work into practice.
This week, we attended SEND Summit 2023, hosted by Children and Young People Now. The day was action packed with engaging workshops and lively discussion from across the sector, including teachers, SENDCos, social workers and public health professionals.
