About Bridge College
Bridge College is the Together Trust’s specialist education college for young people aged 16–25 with disabilities, complex needs, and autism. We take a multidisciplinary approach to learning and have extensive experience supporting students with a wide range of needs.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help break down barriers to education and support young adults to learn and develop at their own pace. The role includes supporting students with:
- Communication systems
- Eating and drinking
- Personal care
- Mobility
- Medication and therapy (with full training and supervision)
Working Hours
- 34.5 hours per week
- 39 weeks per year (term-time only)
