Vicky Wood is a passionate advocate for inclusion and SEND, drawing on her experience as a former Head of Year and maths teacher to champion accessibility for all learners. In her current role as Subject Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics at Pearson, she supports educators nationwide to deliver qualifications confidently and meet the diverse needs of their students. Committed to narrowing attainment gaps, Vicky works to ensure every young person has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of background or ability.
