Louise joined our Board in 2026 and has a 30-year career in education, with two decades focused on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and Inclusion.
Her experience spans roles as a SENCO, school senior leader and specialist SEND teacher, as well as 13 years working within Local Authority SEND services.
