Salary
£16,969.65 (salary already pro-rated to working weeks worked). The full time equivalent is £21,283.00 per annum.

You will provide support for students in their learning programmes – including extended curriculum, external placements and visits, 1-1 and small group sessions – under direction of a session tutor.
All the training you need will be provided by Bridge College but experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and/or complex physical needs and/or autism would be desirable for applicants

As a Senior Finance & Policy Officer, you will support the growth and development of the College’s menu of services and develop challenging income streams and students targets and liaise with the rest of the charity as well as the curriculum and clinical teams to facilitate this.
Would you thrive developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the Colleges budgeting, financial management and cost: models, systems, procedures, and controls for the College, to ensure all financial information is managed recorded and reported accurately including internal money streams?
Your role will be to co-ordinate service policy development and manage systems to ensure policies are reviewed and shared with staff and stakeholders.

37.5 hours per week. This role can be worked over 52 weeks or a term time role of 39 weeks per year.
Salary
£21,283.00 per annum worked over 52 weeks
£18,445.27 per annum worked over term time (39 weeks per year)
Main Responsibilites
As an Admin Assistant in Finance, you will be expected to provide an efficient and effective administrative and finance support within the college. This will involve undertaking a diverse range of administrative tasks including ordering of goods and services, operation of Soldo and petty cash system, reception cover duties, maintenance of financial records, general clerical duties and liaising with Together Trust Finance Department.
You will also keep well-organised files and records of business activity and information pertaining to students up to date. This is a dynamic role, and the post holder will be able to work flexibly to support the needs of the senior leadership team in ensuring students remain at the centre of all processes.
Hours
37.5 hours per week worked over 41 weeks per year with 150 hours undirected hours.
Salary
£37,454.00 per year
