We\u2019re thrilled to be recognised on a regional scale for the incredible impact the AAI has on our students here at Inscape House School.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AAI is a therapeutic approach that leverages the interaction with animals to support mental, physical, social, and emotional development. The type of animal used in therapy varies based on the child&#8217;s needs, and can include horses, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, and reptiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by award-winning AAI Practitioner, Danielle Eaton, Inscape House School offers regular AAI sessions. Danielle ensures the safety and wellbeing of the animals while targeting specific areas of development with the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.togethertrust.org.uk\/uploads\/2025\/10\/aai-7_0-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1181\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.togethertrust.org.uk\/uploads\/2025\/10\/aai-25_0-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1180\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-simple-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;I like caring for another being. It helps you to be more mindful because\u202feach species is different. All of them act\u202fin certain ways and it\u2019s a good learning experience. It makes me feel much better just by being around them. It improves my mood so much. These sessions are the best thing that\u2019s happened to me in the last couple of months.\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>&#8211; Student at Inscape House School<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The present AAI animal team includes guinea pigs Patch and Pandora, tortoises Davey and Simba, Stitch the Bearded dragon, hamsters Nibble and Nugget, and Shabba the support dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-simple-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cAAI is more than just spending time with animals.
