The event is coordinated by&nbsp;St\u00e9phane, Phase Leader, who works closely with the student LGBTQ+ network to put up a varied display of activities. Students get the creative freedom to set up and run their own initiatives. They prepared questions like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-simple-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>How are school policies supporting LGBT+ young people?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Are there any queer people involved in decision making around issues that affect LGBT+ students or staff?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How does the school ensure this extends to extracurricular activities?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>After answering their questions and an insightful discussion on the topic, it was Giles&#8217; and Jane&#8217;s turn to ask questions. They were particulrly interested in finding out if the students feel like the school is welcoming and inclusive and asked for feedback of things to improve.
