Holiday and time off<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Starts at 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), rising to 30 days after 5 years, and 33 days after 10 years. We offer occupational sick pay and family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity and adoptive leave. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pay and pension<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We offer incremental progression with pay increases every 2 years. We offer a company pension plan with 7% employer contribution (or Teachers Pensions Scheme for teaching staff) and death in service benefit, up to 6x basic salary.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
