We’re looking for Learning Support Workers<\/strong> and Bank Learning Support Workers<\/strong> to join us at Bridge College<\/a>, the Together Trust\u2019s specialist education college for students aged 16 to 25 years with disabilities, complex needs and autism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role of a Learning Support Assistant is to provide support for students in their learning which includes their extended curriculum, external placements and visits, 1-1 and small group sessions \u2013 under direction of a session leader.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will also support students with the full range of communication systems, eating and drinking, personal care, mobility, medication and therapy subject to supervision and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting salary:<\/strong> \u00a319,694.13 (full time equivalent \u00a324,700 per annum)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
