Bridge College, a Together Trust service, is a non-residential specialist college currently and temporarily based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. The college will move permanently to a new building in Openshaw, East Manchester in September 2012.
Bridge College meets the needs of students with learning difficulties and disabilities, complex medical needs, communication disorders and autism spectrum conditions.
Our mission is to create an inclusive learning environment where young people are able to make the transition to adulthood with better skills, independence and communication. Bridge College has established ICT systems, a comprehensive range of standard and specialist software and hardware, and is well equipped to meet the needs of staff and students. We are looking for:
ICT Assistant
£18,261 - £21,215 p/a
Ref: 2011/99-121
You will support the ICT manager in a range of activities including managing ICT systems and providing technical support to staff and students. You will have sound knowledge and experience of ICT equipment and software packages. Experience of working within a specialist and/or other further educational establishment would be an advantage. The post holder will work closely with students in classes and other settings.
