A team of managers from Cheshire-based Telecom provider, TalkTalk Business, helped give something back to the county by redecorating Newbridge this week.

As part of its ‘Giving Something Back’ community scheme, a team of ten managers from TalkTalk Business’ Warrington office donned their scruffs to paint the walls, prune the garden and tackle odd jobs throughout the Together Trust’s Stockport day service for adults with learning disabilities.

In addition to donating staff time to local community projects, Talk Talk’s Giving Something Back initiative supports local and national charities utilising 3,500 TalkTalk employees nationwide.

Paul Lawton, TalkTalk Business’ managing director, said: "The Giving Something Back scheme provides a fun and rewarding opportunity for employees to feel they have really made a difference to communities across the UK. Everyone that visited Newbridge really enjoyed pitching in and doing something productive for a deserving cause, whilst bringing staff together to re-evaluate their skills in a different environment."
