New Directions Bolton

In Bolton we focus on facilitating a range of evening leisure and social activities chosen by the young people, including going to the gym, pub, cinema and going out for meals. We are based at Horwich Leisure Centre and also offer a range of creative, sensory activities, games and group work.

This service is for adults aged over 25 and does not provide personal care.

Fundamental to the quality of our provision is our collaboration and partnership with the young people, families, carers, professionals and a range of organisations. This emphasis on collaboration ensures the service remains person-centred and responsive and shapes its future direction.
