The Together Trust provides flexible outreach, community and home services for children and adults.

We support individuals with complex needs, including autism, mild to severe learning and/or physical disabilities, complex health needs and challenging behaviours. We provide holistic care for individuals using person-centred approaches.

The Together Trust is committed to the provision of quality care to facilitate improved outcomes and we pride ourselves on the excellent links and relationships with community based facilities. Our aim is to ensure that barriers to leisure and play activities are removed to facilitate inclusion for all.
