Aiming high for disabled children

The Together Trust offers a range of services in the North West of England and Derbyshire in accordance with the Government’s Aiming High for Disabled Children agenda.

We have an established history of providing specialist services and a reputation for quality - all provided by skilled and motivated staff.

We offer a truly holistic approach to families and children with a wide range of needs. We support children and young people to participate fully in their communities, have fun and develop friendships, whilst offering parents and families a necessary and valuable break from caring responsibilities.

For both children and adults, we provide specialist short breaks, activity holidays, flexible outreach, community and home services across the North of England. We also have in place a number of service user forums, groups and activities, including discos and sporting events to promote friendships.

Through our Parent Partnership services in Bury and Stockport, we support and empower parents and carers to have a greater say in services for disabled children in their area.

Drawing together teams of highly skilled professionals from across the Together Trust's residential, education, community and domiciliary services, our strategy is to transform and expand our disability support services in order to provide a comprehensive approach to supporting families.
