Adult Community Services welcome people with learning disabilities to join and participate in a wide range of activities in an environment that is supporting, stimulating and developmental.

Together Trust Adult Community Services deliver real development activities for adults with learning disabilities to:

• Live as independently as possible within the context of their own lives

• Make a contribution
• Participate in a range of activities

Our highly skilled, well trained and knowledgeable staff team are committed to using person-centred approaches to promote independence, inclusion and choice. This enables the adults to guide their own development and the direction of the Services.

Fundamental to the quality of our provision is our collaboration and partnership with families, carers, professionals and a range of organisations, who also contribute to the direction of the services and the development and well-being of the adults.
