Policies

 

Our policies and procedures ensure that all within the organisation, both staff and those we serve, are treated equally and fairly, and that all services are delivered to a level of uniform quality and in a way that we are confident we can be answerable to.

All policies are underpinned by the Together Trust’s beliefs that our service users must be safeguarded and free from abuse and exploitation.

All our policies and procedures have been completed using independent professional advice where appropriate. This includes legal employment advice, expert health and safety advice, expert child protection advice etc. The Together Trust’s Safeguarding (Child Protection) Policy has been submitted to the local Safeguarding Board in 2009 as part of a Section 11 review. All relevant policies are also scrutinised by Ofsted/CSSIW and/or CQC; including an Ofsted organisational review in February 2010.

Together Trust Policies and Procedures cover five main areas; Health and Safety and Fire, Personnel, Finance and Administration, Training and Service.
