The Together Trust offers short, medium and long-term care for children, young people and vulnerable adults. Due to the ongoing development of the residential services we have a number of vacancies throughout the North West.
Applicants will be expected to work as part of a residential care team providing support for individuals with their physical, health, emotional and social needs with an emphasis on promoting independence, whilst preparing, assisting and enabling them to fulfil the aims of their person centred care plan. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly which will include working weekends and evenings and include sleep in duties.
A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social care (children) or equivalent may be required, along with other relevant qualifications dependent on level of entry. Full training is available in line with ongoing career development opportunities.
